October 2009 - PacSol - GTOS merge

PacSol acquired GTOS in December 2004 and GTOS has subsequently been trading as a wholly owned subsidiary. Whilst it was appropriate for GTOS to function as a separate business entity for a transitional period, the directors of PacSol have now decided that it would be significantly more beneficial to both our business and our customers that we merge the two companies into one. We believe this will strengthen the business generally and allow us to provide an even more substantial service to our customers using the combined skills of the whole of our workforce. This merge took place on October 1st 2009 and the company now functions as one with offices in 2 locations in Hampshire and the West Midlands.

March 2007 - PacSol achieves REC accreditation

PacSol has been accredited as a key supplier to the recruitment sector by the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation). This is in recognition of the document management services already supplied to some of the key companies in the sector such as Adecco, Select Appointments and Manpower.

February 2007 - PacSol is accredited as Kofax Xtrata Pro reseller

PacSol has become an accredited reseller of Kofax’s Xtrata Pro.

Ascent Xtrata Pro is a suite of custom modules that integrate with Ascent Capture to automate the classification and extraction of structured, semi-structured and unstructured documents. In other words you can automate the indexing and data entry from many different documents. PacSol is currently working with a number of existing customers who have shown interest in adopting this technology.
