Ascent Xtrata Pro is a suite of custom modules that integrate with Ascent Capture to automate the classification and extraction of structured, semi-structured and unstructured documents. Documents can be classified automatically by content or layout, and data can be extracted automatically from any document regardless of format. It contains learn-by-example classification and extraction technology (learn-by-example extraction is only available for invoices currently) that reduces configuration time and allows easier maintenance compared to traditional template-and rules based technologies. End-users can improve extraction performance themselves using continuous supervised learning. Application specific solutions, e.g. invoices can be built and deployed straight out of the box.
