As a supplier and partner of [DocuWare](https://start.docuware.com/), [PacSol](https://www.pacsol.co.uk/) would like to offer our own congratulations on the well deserved achievement. (Sorry this is a bit late DocuWare) DocuWare’s ECM (enterprise content management) platform has been focusing on improvements to and ease of use of their BPM (business process management) with workflow management tools for several years. In recent versions, this commitment to automation has seen the release of their [pre-configured solutions](https://start.docuware.com/preconfigured-cloud-solutions) (aimed at accelerating the migration to automation) for invoice processing, employee management, electronic signatures, smart document control and COVID status management. Combined with DocuWare’s intelligent indexing (ideal for unstructured data capture), automated import tools, third party integrations (such as MS Office), document management (retention), audit controls, mobile connectivity, DocuWare’s ability to digitally transform any business process is practically limitless. With support for on-premise, cloud or hybrid hosting solutions, there is a DocuWare platform available to any type or size of business. We have several [previous blogs](https://www.pacsol.co.uk/blog) on the capabilities of DocuWare and should you want to know more specifically, please contact [PacSol](mailto:info@pacsol.co.uk) directly to discuss requirements for a new platform or potential enhancements to an existing installation. --- ![Toby_Signature_Nov2021-2](https://www.pacsol.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/Staff%20Photos/Toby_Signature_Nov2021-2.jpg?width=150&height=150&name=Toby_Signature_Nov2021-2.jpg) Toby Gilbertson, Customer Services Manager.
