DocuWare has been designed to make the storage of information secure, compliant, usable and accessible from any device, anytime, anywhere. DocuWare can integrate with third party capture platforms (such as Kofax Capture), interface directly with a scanner or be configured to auto-ingest from a network location. The capture platform features an intuitive recognition process that can quickly ‘learn’ different forms which allows users to automate tasks such as invoice processing with ease. Once stored securely, the integrated workflow can distribute task notifications for decision making, perform automatic approvals based on amounts, vendor or other data. Improving the information flow between teams and/or departments not only improves response times when required but can in turn improve the overall satisfaction of employees and customers. DocuWare also has 500 different integrations available to fit within your current IT ecosystem across email, team portals, CRM, ERP, HR systems, homegrown software and more. The DocuWare platform also includes a ‘code-less’ integration called ‘Smart Connect’ that allows you to search from any application using related data at the click of a button. Whether your business is looking to enhance current business processes, decommission an older document management platform or has an entirely new project to fulfil, DocuWare is a feature rich platform that can help your business succeed.
