Integration and automation – XML

XML example

Integration is integral (sorry) to the success of many businesses. Information coming from different sources and in different forms needs to be melded into a coherent information set. This can lead to significant time saving and reduce frustration for employees and customers alike.

Here at PacSol we have many years of experience in bespoke integration.

Several of our customers receive XML (Extensible Markup Language) files which contain system updates or other information. PacSol code processes each in turn, scanning for specific data items and then updating host systems.

Conversely, host systems often have a need to send an update or information to external parties. PacSol code can construct an XML document embedding host data and then send it via an FTP gateway, email, or web service.

If you have data that should be joined up but isn’t then start a conversation with us and we’ll see how we can help.

Of course, if it isn’t XML you want to process but JSON, YAML or some other data format then that can be handled too.
