PacSol gains ISO 9001:2015 (re)certification

PacSol’s commitment to providing quality applications and services is once again proven with our recertification in 2021 to ISO 9001:2015. The main reason for maintaining the ISO accreditation is because it is fundamentally customer centric and ensures that we continue to give our customers the best possible service at a reasonable cost.

ISO9001 Certificate

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:

a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and

b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Through a process of internal assessment, issue resolution and continual improvement in our quality management systems, PacSol works to reduce risk and improve customer satisfaction in every interaction with our customers.

Following PacSol’s annual assessment (provided by CQS (Certified Quality Systems) Ltd), we are pleased to confirm that the company has retained the ISO 9001:2015 certification which PacSol has held for the last 18 years. Maintaining our certification is no easy task, requiring continuous review throughout the year with a final presentation of evidence assessed annually – this year, thanks in no small part to the work of Denise Welton, PacSol received a full pass with no action required on any item reviewed under the audit.

However, 2021 – 2022 is another year and we at PacSol will continue to review our process and improve over the next 12 months ready for the next assessment. Of course, the standard itself is due for revision so we will ensure the company is ready for whatever comes next with ISO 9001:2015.
